It was very informative, but as someone who was taking it after it was live, not being able to expand her screen made it difficult to see some of the moves she did when performing the yoga breaths. Also not having a course transcript made it hard to take notes and retain. While she said really good/important information in relation to the slides i like Seeing the information and when its new or quickly spoken i couldnt take effective notes.

Loved this course. It is something that needs more focus in schools/education for he benefit of the client and that of the practitioner or just anyone. It helped provide some tools to further help me be better so that I can help those I treat. I have always tried to find ways to be mindful but I don't think I realized how important it really is.
