This course provides the learner with a greater understanding of how the reporting of functional outcomes impact payment and the quality measures of the Skilled Nursing Facility. This course dives deep into the details of not only why we report functional outcomes but how we are supposed to be assessing these areas. The material is primarily designed for evaluating therapists and therapy managers, but therapy assistants who are looking for a greater understanding of outcome measurements will benefit from this topic. This course is directly related to the practice of physical therapy and is therefore appropriate for the PT/PTA.
