Using the "Hit the SAAQ" approach, participants will learn how to evaluate and intervene to promote Sleep duration, sleep Architecture, and Address sleep disorders using evidence-based approaches to promote overall sleep Quality for preschool and school aged children.

- After this course, participants will be able to identify sleep performance issues regarding sleep from a developmental standpoint, including safety concerns, for pediatric patients.
- After this course, participants will be able to evaluate pediatric sleep performance to identify focus areas for intervention.
- After this course, participants will be able to construct and apply evidence-based interventions related to sleep hygiene protocols and direct sleep interventions using the "Hit the SAAQ" approach.
