This course provides practical lower-extremity taping strategies you can use right away in the clinic. You’ll learn both rigid (McConnell-style) and elastic kinesiology taping techniques to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support healing. We’ll focus on common conditions you see every week, including patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS), plantar fasciitis, shin pain, and lower extremity tendon issues. You’ll also learn effective arch support taping and how taping can help guide alignment and offload irritated tissues. Designed for both new and experienced clinicians, this course builds confidence in your taping skills while helping you think through when, why, and how to use each technique for the greatest impact in rehab and performance care.
