Course: #3830Level: Intermediate2 Hours 149 Reviews
Recorded WebinarAudioText/Transcript

As the US population becomes increasingly multicultural and telehealth extends services into remote areas; there is a pronounced need for therapists to become adept at the delivery of culturally appropriate care. This course offers insight for therapists to not only self-reflect on their own biases, but also explore evidence-based strategies to overcome everyday barriers promoted by the acts of racial micro-aggressions. This course is directly related to the practice of physical therapy and is therefore appropriate for the PT/PTA.
