Question

Are there gender differences with golfers and the impairments that they present with?

Answer

Typically, men have more stiffness limitations in the thoracic spine and hips.  Generally, you will need to spend more time with mobility impairments first versus strength.   Females have more strength dominate limitations such as the glut and upper body weakness.
