September is a new beginning for PhysicalTherapy.com! You might have noticed the new look of the homepage. I want to be the first to tell you about more exciting changes we are making to the site to better serve you.

On the homepage, you might have already seen new videos and advertisements related to relevant physical therapy products. In the coming weeks, you will also see new courses related to physical therapy products. These new offerings will allow us to share with you the latest knowledge on current treatments and state-of-the art products available in the marketplace.

Don't worry, we will continue to offer the same great evidence-based courses you have come to expect from PhysicalTherapy.com. In fact, I encourage you to check out two new recorded courses. Introduction to Electrophysiologic Testing will further your knowledge about this “smaller, lesser known area of PT.” And if you treat dementia patients and encounter difficulty having them recall important tasks such as safety techniques with a walker, I recommend Improving Memory Using the Spaced Retrieval Technique.

These courses and many more in our library will be available for viewing on mobile-compatible devices next month. Stay tuned!

And now the final reveal… All courses will be FREE to view. All therapists and assistants as well as students will be able to access our spectacular courses for free. We are encouraging a free-flow of information to equip all therapy professionals with the most current knowledge so they can treat patients efficiently.

Of course, for those of you needing to earn CEUs, our CEU Total Access program will continue to be available for $99/year.

I am so excited for the future of PhysicalTherapy.com and proud to be able to offer all therapists access to knowledge to improve themselves as clinicians and ultimately improve the lives of patients in their care.

Your colleague in physical therapy,

Calista R. Kelly, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT
