Rehabilitation therapists are often called upon to work with patients who have complex poly trauma involving multiple components of the human movement system. This course will be a systems based approach to integrating the multiple systems into a custom plan of care for the poly trauma patient. The participant will make evidence based clinical decisions based on patient case studies that will be used throughout the course as material is presented. The content of this course is directly related to the practice of physical therapy and is therefore appropriate for the PT and PTA.
