The RESNA Assistive Technology Professional certification examination includes questions from a variety of content areas. One of those areas is Legislation. This module will cover the content area including key legislation over the years and the implications for people with disabilities who use assistive technology. A variety of funding sources will also be explored.
Editor's Note:This is no longer information covered on the newly revised ATP examination, however legislation is still very important to keep in mind in the United States as this impacts funding and service delivery.
