The use of musculoskeletal imaging is becoming an integral part of physical therapy practice. The ability to read images, interpret the observations and integrate them into clinical practice can assist the clinician in understanding the pathology. In addition, this presentation will enhance one’s ability to educate a patient regarding pathology, etiology, surgical intervention and the rationale for recommended interventions. This course will assist the clinician in identifying normal anatomy and common musculoskeletal pathology of the lower extremity.
